    Alex Ramos, D.D.S.

    Dr. Alex W. Ramos is a highly skilled and passionate dentist with over 15 years of experience. He works in all aspects of dentistry with specialization in implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. He received his DDS degree from the Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, Nashville, TN. He is certified from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse®️, certified in Full Arch Master Course and has undergone extensive training in implant placement and restoration.

    Dr. Ramos has been recognized with several awards including the Brasseler USA Award of Excellence, the Waterpik Excellence in Prosthodontics, and the Whip Mix Corporation’s 2010 Hanau “Best of the Best Award for Excellence in Prostodontics”.  He has also been recognized by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, Meharry Medical College Post-Baccalaureate Academic Excellence, and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

    In practice, Dr. Ramos is dedicated to using the latest techniques and technologies to provide his patients with the highest quality of care. He is particularly skilled in the placement of dental implants and works closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

    In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ramos is also actively involved in continuing education and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

    Outside of the practice, Dr. Ramos is a devoted husband and father and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying active through outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking. He is from Puerto Rico and speaks fluent Spanish!

    Dental anxiety champions PLEASE keep reading. I would genuinely give a million stars if I could! If you're like me and googled "best dentists in Charlotte", there is a reason these guys are on the list. My first interaction of calling to make an appointment was seamless, quick and professional. THEN I got the opportunity to meet some of the most amazing dental staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I HATE (used to) the dentist from bad experiences in the past and this entire practice changed that. So kind, GENTLE, explains everything and patient. I had a cleaning and went back for fillings and it was a surprisingly easy process for everything. Dr. Neubauer was amazing, very careful and considerate of everything. (Did I mention gentle and not scary?) I am so thankful to have found a practice like this to change my perspective on dental care. I really appreciate the entire team there, thank you!

    Having recently moved to Charlotte, this was my first visit. I was due for a cleaning and exam and was glad to get both in one visit with little wait time. Kudos to all the staff with whom I interacted: Jessie, front desk, Olivia, hygienist, Dr. Powell, dentist, and Shawn, Treatment Coordinator. Each was knowledgeable, informative, and especially congenial. I look forward to Dr. Powell doing some needed repair work next month. She carefully explained my options and answered all my questions.

    The staff are great! And they take a conservative approach to treatment which I appreciate. I trust what they say about my dental needs. I have been going there for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else.

    A great overall experience!! And for me anyway, They make it as pleasant & enjoyable as a dentist visit can be!! My hygienist Olivia was fantastic and made it as good as it can get in a dental chair also!! And Dr. Ramos was very good & thorough with his evaluation of my teeth as well. And believe it or not, already looking forward to next visit in the end of September too!! Thanks so much for everything my friends at Park Crossing Denistry!!
